Al pesce azzurro
The restaurant is housed an authentic casa colonica, a typical farmhouse of the agelong sharecropping system, with an ambience rich with romagnola tradition.
Tradition that is underlined by the gastronomical selection offered at Al Pesce Azzurro, renewing and enriching itself at every serving:
patè de pesce, mackerel with onions and vegetables with balsamic vinegar, seafood salad, salmon marinated in balsamic vinegar or swordfish carpaccio as antipasto. Fish broth with passatelli pasta, salmon lasagna, tagliatelli with sardine, gnocchi with prawns and pesto, porcini tortellini with clams, tagliolini with shellfish among the first courses. Mixed fried seafood, grilled seafood, bass with shellfish, salads, are some of the main courses. Rounding out the meal with sorbetto, coffee, water and the famous wines from Tenuta Amalia.
